A thoughtfully curated 5-course dinner and wine tasting will take you through a selection of Black Bank Hill small-lot wines specifically paired with Chef Erik Peacock's inspired cuisine.

We’re very excited to share with you the results of what precision viticulture and passion produce from our estate vineyards.

100% estate grown Viognier, medium golden straw colour.  Lovely aromas and flavours of nectarine, peach, citrus zest, candied ginger, white flowers, honeysuckle, orange blossom, orange liqueur, cloves.

The wine has medium-plus weight, a pleasant creaminess and lightly oily texture.  Medium acidity supports a long and somewhat spicy finish revealing notes of ginger, cloves and black pepper.

The fruit was hand-picked 13 October 2021 and underwent a wild fermentation in barrel to dry at 2.4 g/L residual sugar and 13.4% abv, with 18-months élevage in barrel on lees. Estate bottled 3 May 23. 73 cases made.
